Offer of whole property comprised of two apartments in the gateway to Slovak Paradise offers a perfect family retreat.  Historic town square of Roznava with many restaurants 1,000 ft of the Villa. Situated on the famous gothic route of castles & churches. Within 10 min of the Villa are Krasna Horka Castle, Andrassy hunting estate & formal gardens at Betliar Manor House. Nearby are many pleasant walks with the more challenging Slovak Paradise mountain hikes within 30 min of the property.

Užite si oddych v novom dome v srdci Tatier vo Veľkej Lomnici. Dom je ideálny pre rodiny aj väčšie skupiny (max 12 osôb). Kapacita spální je 8 hostí (+ ďalšie 4 spacie miesta sú v podkroví - je tam však menej komfortný prístup pomocou elektrických schodov). Dom ponúka súkromie, bezplatné parkovanie, kompletne vybavenú kuchyňu, detský kútik a oplotenú záhradu so zimnou terasou. Je perfektným miestom pre dokonalý relax. Nachádza sa len 10 km od lyžiarskeho strediska v Tatranskej Lomnici.

Zemlianka je vybavená dvomi posteľami ustlanými s posteľným prádlom na útulné večery so, sviečkami a praskajúcim ohňom v krbe, ktorý vytvára pokojnú atmosféru. Počas dňa si môžete vychutnať osviežujúce prechádzky lesom, alebo neďaleko je jazero, kde sa dá v lete kúpať.

You'll enjoy being together while nature, and the trees, which are in reach of your arm, they show you a different face every season. On summer it's cooler than in the hot city, the autumn is simply beautiful, and - surprise - the grey winter fog is even more beautiful by the side of the tiled stove. Go for a hike nearby, then cook a dinner together, and finish the day in the sauna!
