This 489 sq feet studio is located at Damac Lake Terrace, a luxury skyscraper in the affluent neighborhood of Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT). The place is a 25 meter walk (2 min) to the DMCC Metro station. The JLT neighborhood is famous for its lakes, parks and range of restaurants (all types of cuisines and all types of price ranges). The famous JBR beach in Dubai Marina is 10 min by Metro/Tram, or a 20 min walk. Marina Mall is a 20 min walk, while Dubai Mall metro station is 20 min by Metro.
