Experience the unique outdoor rainfall shower, explore the lake with provided kayaks, hike the private trail to a water cascade & finish the day unwinding under the stars while having a lakeside bonfire! Welcome to our newly-renovated, private one-bedroom suite in Sydney. Located close to Cape Breton University (5 minutes), the Airport (8 minutes) and downtown Sydney (12 minutes). This space has a 4-piece bathroom, 1 bedroom with queen bed, living room, and a full kitchen with sink, fridge, stove, and island seating for two. Features include TV with cable, WiFi, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and over-the-range microwave. Contactless check-in with keypad entry through private door.

A boulder-studded wall rises up towards a stone walkway, which is fitted with an integrated fire pit. The outdoor hot tub & seasonal outdoor shower are located next to the cottage deck.

Welcome to “Point Beithe” (birch point in Gaelic). This beautiful home sits on its own point surrounded by 180° of Mira River waterfront age. You will also enjoy access to your own small private island that is connected by a shallow sand bar. Sit out on the large deck or floating dock to enjoy the views of the river, launch kayaks, paddle boards, and swim. We have signed up for the strongest internet service offered in the area (Starlink). Cellular reception is not great in the area.

Your cozy guest suite is located on the top floor & includes a bedroom, living room, kitchenette, bathroom & your own private entrance.

Our cozy cabin sleeps 4 and is completely pet-friendly—plus, we charge absolutely zero cleaning fees or pet fees, so you can enjoy your summer getaway without the hidden costs. We are situated 30 minutes outside Sydney and 30 minutes from the Cabot Trail. Please note that we have security cameras facing the front and back of property as well as the driveway.

Welcome to our 9 acre private lot sitting up on a hill over looking the beautiful Mira River. Enjoy the open concept cottage with spacious bedrooms and large kitchen. A short walk down the hill takes you to your own private beach on the Mira River to swim in the day and enjoy a bon fire at night. The spacious deck has a large hot tub and chairs to enjoy the views. The property also has its own 1km hiking trail that circles the property.

Meet Orange Sunshine - your own secluded yurt, right on the river.
