The Annex is bright, comfortable and cosy with a wood burner for winter. The public footpath crossing our garden next to the river Char links with many others - great for dog walkers. We are close to Charmouth beach and Lyme Regis – renowned for their fossil treasures. Love swimming? our freshwater pool is generally heated to a very cosy 29 - 30 degrees (warm bath temperature) and can be used from April to October With advance notice, the twin beds can be connected to form a king size bed

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, complete with its own private tennis court, should you wish to use it. In addition there is also a very large garden area to the front of the Annexe for you to enjoy. A private secure gated entrance with plenty of parking space is also provided. Two electric remote control Vellux windows complete with blinds also provide plenty of fresh air and light into your new home. A private patio area with seating and gas BBQ is also provided. Our house is a homely spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom self contained holiday property on the Dorset / Wiltshire border. Ideal for both families and small groups of friends.There is ample off road parking in front of the property. Sitting and eating areas on the veranda and a large lawn for children to run and play. Perfect for rest, relaxation and as a base to explore the South West and the English Countryside. Or simply sit on the veranda and enjoy our amazing views and visiting wildlife.

Horizon is a single storey two bedroom contemporary house appointed to a high standard nestled between Church Street and the sea in Lyme Regis. Two bedrooms with family bathroom to include bath and shower. Open plan kitchen living area. The Beach is approximately a 1-2 minute walk. The private parking space is a 3 minute walk from horizon. Access to the property is either on Church St via public right of way churchyard or from the beach. Garden with a raised deck giving sea views.

The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

The property has been converted to a holiday let, decorated to a crisp, clean and comfortable finish. The location provides excellent transport links to surrounding local attractions including The Jurassic Coast - a World Heritage Site.

The property has easy access, ample off road parking and is just a 10 minute walk to the centre of Lyme and beaches of the Jurassic Coast. The property has a large open plan kitchen/dining area and a spacious lounge with TV with wi-fi throughout. The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom 2 twin beds with linen and towels provided.

The property is just 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach and less than 5 minutes walk to the centre of town. New from end of August, we have just had a hot tub delivered available for guests to use.
