Marmaray trains take you to Üsküdar, Taksim, Beşiktaş, Old Town, Sultanahmet, Galata, Hagia Sophia, Istiklal St. major European side landmarks in less than 20 min. You’ll have a private double bed room in a shared 3+1 flat with a living area, kitchenette and bathroom. Flat has Air Conditioning in the living room! The area blends green parks, shops and great cafés.

Our house was built in 2022 and is fully furnished and new. There is air conditioning in 3 rooms and the living room. Since the building is new, other flats can be renovated.

You can also see our building at many famous Turkish TV series and films because of it's unique decoration! :) You can take a walk near the sea side any time you want and the good thing is it's just 1 minute from your door to get there! Washing machines, iron , iron table, filter coffe machine, turkish coffee machine, toaster are available. Cleaning is our focus point and all house is shining. Position is very central. metro station is at 150 meter distance. Main bus station is at 120 meter distance. Metrobus Station is 100 meter distance. very close to AKASYA MALL. Around there are lots of coffee shops and restuarants.

I have this lovely home in the center of Kadıköy, the hippest neighbourhood of İstanbul. A bedroom and a dedicated study room/office, both with a view full of trees, quite uncommon in central İstanbul. The living room is cozy and comfy. It's located next to all of the three major parks, all of the transport options (ferry, subway, metrobus, bus, bridge) and the seaside. Perfectly suited for remote workers and couples!
