Woodbank Schoolhouse, Clarence, Kaikoura Coast

This cottage is the original School House alongside the now retired Woodbank School at Clarence. Situated in the beautiful Clarence Valley 30 minutes north up the Kaikoura coast . Great walks, Biking, mountain bike Park at Middle Hill, Raft the Clarence River, fish at the river mouth, swim or surf on the coast, 20 minutes to The Store at Kekerengu, or the numerous cafes in Kaikoura. View the seals at colony 10 minutes down the coast...Or you can sit back and read a book and listen to the birds.

Coco's Cabin

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Coco's Cabin is a small home on the Kaikoura Peninsula with amazing sea views. Watch the moon rise over the water from the comfort of the couch. And get ready for truly spectacular sunrises. If you're lucky you might even spot a humpback whale/ dolphins. A swimming beach is a short walk away, and you can drive to the town centre in 5 minutes. There is a small bedroom with a double bed/ensuite and a loft with an Ecosa sofa bed. There's no tv.

Seaside Serenity

Enjoying glorious views of the Kaikōura Ranges, this charming yet contemporary home will win you over with everything it has on offer. Perfectly positioned and offering fabulous indoor and outdoor living, you are sure to settle right in. Kaikōura is a magical destination. Enjoy coastal scenery and wildlife. You’ll find the Dolphin and Whale Watch Encounters and the local Seal Colony all only a few minutes drive away. The start of the Kaikōura Peninsula Walk is also only a few minutes stroll.

Shore Break

Centrally located on the beautiful Kaikoura Esplanade with the beach and stunning mountain views at the end of the driveway. Just a short walk in either direction along the new beach path takes you either to the Pier Hotel, or past Hiku Restaurant and Encounter Kaikoura Cafe if walking towards the town centre which is approx 15 minutes away. Easy walk to the playground. The Cottage is small but cosy with everything you need, recently renovated, a secluded place to relax and enjoy Kaikoura.

The Pohutukawa Cottage...Tranquil and Unusual

Quirky cottage completely renovated using as many recycled materials as possible with some special touches. Recycled materials were used from The Art Deco Mayfair threatre in Kaikoura. Also materials used from The Adelphi Hotel built in 1918. Kitchen custom made out of recycled cross arms off power polls and various other native timbers. Modern conveniences with stacks of retro and rustic charm. Enjoy a hot outdoor bath with a view to the mountains and two minutes walk to the beach.

Clifftop Cabins Kaikoura - Fyffe

Looking over the township, across to the stunning ocean and up to the majestic Mt Fyffe, our middle cabin - Fyffe provides spectacular views in all directions. Walking distance to the beach below and just a 5 minute drive from local cafes and restaurants, you'll find the Clifftop Cabins tucked away on the peaceful Kaikoura Peninsula. Enjoy magical sunsets from the outdoor bath, or relax on the lawn with a glass in hand, ready to spot a passing whale or pod of dolphins.

'The Kaikoura' Treat yourself to a luxury escape in our sunny, spacious & relaxing bach with gorgeous ever changing mountain & sea views. Architecturally designed over three levels, with wonderful indoor outdoor flow, dine or BBQ on one of the two decks or stroll into town for restaurants/cafes & bars. Situated on the sheltered Northern side of the peninsula & just a stones throw from the beach its one of the best spots in town.

**WIFI now available** Bring the whanau to our townhouse in South Bay, Kaikōura. Great place with lots of room for fun. Enjoy breakfast with the sunrise and dinner with the sunset on our wrap around deck. A 30 sec drive to launch your boat in the bay or 5 minute walk to enjoy some relaxation at the beach. Town is about a 3 minute drive with awesome local restaurants and small business shops. Bedding/towels included.

Beach Escape Direct Ocean View

Lovely and cozy beachfront villa with a direct path to the beach extending from the deck. Conveniently located with a 4 minutes drive to town and 10 minute walks to local eateries. This recently renovated waterfront haven is ideal for a couples getaway. The open-plan kitchen, living area and deck provide the perfect space to unwind and soak in the spectacular coastal views. The bedroom features a generous queen size bed.
