Entire guest suite attached to the main house, separate entrance. Private one bedroom with 2 king size beds full bath with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, etc. We live next door with our children. We are an active family and you will likely hear us living our happy life :) We wake fairly early and are in bed by 11 most nights.

It's a great place to explore either southern or northern beaches. Things to know: We live on property in the main house You cannot fully stand up in the bedroom loft, it’s 5ft high The house is close to a road, it's fully insulated with double windows but you might hear cars and road sounds. You’re glad you have good WiFi, but you sure hope the boss doesn’t email you. Being close to beaches, restaurants, and entertainment is great too, but maybe you’ll cook in this gourmet kitchen.

Located at 2400 feet elevation, we offer our downstairs, two-bedroom, one-bathroom Ohana. Our house is located on a quiet Kona coffee farm. We enjoy wonderful ocean views, and cool mountain mornings (a nice escape for hot and sunny downtown Kona (15 to 20 minutes away). We have trees everywhere and our place borders the state forest. Our house is a perfect place to make your base-camp and then head out each day for your adventures.
