The Spinney - a home away from home. Very comfortable, clean and cosey. The property has been renovated over the winter. New kitchen, cladding and windows etc. Patio to side and a decking to the front to enjoy the bush, bird songs and great sunsets. Stunning views. Well behaved pets welcome with prior approval. Excellent location, quick walk to Estuary with Marina, cafes/restaurants. Ocean beach is also 5 minutes walk via a cliff path. Tairua shops are a few minutes drive.

Only 400 metres to the beach and an easy walk to the town centre. Spacious, clean and comfortable in a quiet cul-de-sac location. Large section allowing vehicles or boat parking and private back yard. Master bedroom with large ensuite and own balcony upstairs.
