Free use of E bikes A delightful garden with rural views and friendly sheep, goats & pony Your host, Sue, will provide continental breakfast for two, delivered to your room for you to enjoy in private. Enjoy the serenity at Lulu's Waimārama. Lulu’s is perched atop a hill next to our family home in the picturesque countryside, with sweeping views out to the boundless Pacific ocean. Lulu’s is comprised of two renovated shipping containers. The bedroom container has been recently updated with oak flooring and a new colourway. We’ve also upgraded our cooking amenities and outdoor privacy screen. Enjoy the unparalleled views, soak up some sun, and watch our local kahu (hawk) glide by.

The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

Eco Studio Retreat Maraetotara Valley

Our place is a unique architectural designed passive solar, straw bale home with recycled native wood and natural clay finish. Enjoy the warmth, peaceful feel and views of the beautiful Maraetotara valley. The 30 sqm studio is located within the main house, has a separate entrance, private deck and parking with EV charger. Kitchen with toaster, microwave, fridge, induction cooktop and electric BBQ on deck. Continental breakfast pack for the first day is included.

Beachfront studio( standalone) situated in front of surf break in Te Awanga. Open plan studio with decks both sides, bbq, newly renovated upstairs with a full kitchen all linen supplied . Separate bathroom below accessed from outside.( for your own private use) A quick walk to wineries, cafe and coffee shop ,a bike hire near by, safe swimming ,fishing and & surfing. We are situated on the cycle track. Private and relaxing in front of the ocean.

Cliffside Cottage, Kairakau beach house

Kairakau beach is only 40 minutes to Havelock North, 20 minutes to the local country pub and 30 minutes to Waipawa. Located 3.5km from the centre of Havelock North, the home of many great restaurants and cafes. Also nearby are wineries, golf courses, cycle trails, and shopping.
