In the artist's house you have a cozy room (not WHOLE HOUSE) with a private bathroom, separate entrance and separate kitchen. This is with 4 individual beds. It has kitchen, and bathroom. Its ideal for one family or friends group. It can accommodate also 15 person, if they have sleeping bags. The area of land is 1600 sqm, with walnut and plum trees. Only 50 meter to main road and Grocery. 7-8 minute drive to restaurant. Wonderful surroundings, with virgin beech forest and springs, with nice routs for hiking. Wonderful nature and views around. temperature 10C degree lower, then in Telavi and Tbilisi.
