Couple of lakes nearby with public access and Lake Michigan about 30 miles. Centrally located to universities (WMU, K college, KVCC), racetracks (Kalamazoo Speedway 3.9 miles, Martin track 14 miles and Gingerman 26 miles), and ski resorts (Bittersweet and TimberRidge. Plenty of parking for a trailer. Come check out Allegan Co Fair.

The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, hot tub outside, fire pit, spacious living room, game room and 2 decks. You can bring your own pontoon or wave runner and have it docked by our dock for you stay. There is a free public boat launch on the east side of the lake on S Ave. You can catch fish of off a L-shaped dock. The house has everything you might need during your stay

Relax and unwind in our beautifully furnished home, complete with games, toys for kids, and a putting mat. Step outside to your private beach and sandy swim area. Cast a line off the end of the dock, fire up the grill, take the pontoon or kayaks for a cruise, or start a fire in the smokeless solo stove. We can't wait for your family to make memories here!

This restored Dairy Barn with its original beams was converted into a wonderful residence in the early 1990’s. Cozy, tranquil, and spacious (4,000 square feet) would be a few words to best describe this home with its scenic walk out balcony overlooking a pond. The home owner currently resides in a private apartment in the lower level.
