Ξύλινο διώροφο σαλε κυριολεκτικά μέσα στο δάσος σε υψόμετρο 1300μετρων. Μόλις 15 λεπτά από το κέντρο των Καλάβρυτων και 15 λεπτά από το Χιονοδρομικό κέντρο, με απίστευτη θέα στο βουνό Ο βασικός χώρος έχει 2 υπνοδωμάτια, κουζίνα, τραπεζαρία και καθιστικό με τζάκι καθώς και 2 μπάνια. Ο ξενώνας με χωριστή είσοδο έχει δική του κουζίνα και μπάνιο, και φιλοξενεί 2-3 επιπλέον άτομα σε ενιαίο χώρο. *Ο Ξενώνας διατίθεται μόνο σε κρατήσεις 5 ατόμων και άνω.
