The cottage sits on 100' of lake frontage. Blue Lake is an all sports lake that also connects to two other lakes-North Blue to the North and Little Blue to the South. ATV trails and snowmobile trails are just down the road from the cottage. The area also has many golf courses, wineries, and casinos.

We're on a peaceful, quiet lake with a sandy beach and no gas motors, so it's great for swimming, fishing, and kayaking for all ages. We even have 2 kayaks, a paddle boat, a canoe, and a fishing boat for you to use on the lake. We're also within 30 minutes of Traverse City, Cadillac, and Grayling.

Gorgeous and private setting on Squaw Lake (a private lake) that offers peace and tranquility as soon as you pull in the driveway. Fishing, swimming, and kayaking is right out the backdoor. ORV trails are right at the end of the driveway for your ATV's or snowmobiles. Home has plenty of space for family and friends and lake views from almost every room. The 1.5 acre yard is just waiting for all your toys and outdoor activities. So much to offer for every season!
