Newly built cabin located Near the Blue Bear ATV and Snowmobile trail. The cabin is cozy and spacious, it has central AC with a large living room and Kitchen area. It has a large covered porch and firepit! There is plenty of room on the property to park your boat trailer ATVs or Snowmobiles. It's across the street from Big Twin Lake which has public access. It is located in the heart of the "Lake Michigan Snowbelt" if there is snow in the Lower peninsula it's usually here.

Recently remodeled farmhouse. The home is located just 1.6 miles to beautiful downtown Kalkaska, home of the Blazers and Trout festival. There are beautiful sunrises, horse trails, atv trails, and multiple lakes, rivers, and ponds all with in 5 miles.
