Parkering erbjuds gratis på gården samt på gatan utanför. På 10 min når ni Liseberg/Avenyn med spårvagn eller cykel och 15 min till centralstationen med spårvagn. Wifi och städning ingår.

Du tar dig snabbt runt i Göteborg, ca 10min från centrum Lägenheten är utrustad med kök, bad, matplats och bäddsoffa (motsvarar 140 säng) Lägenheten om ca 25 m2 är välplanerad och varje kvadratmeter fyller en bra funktion. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår. Parkering finns direkt utanför boendet, hör av dig till mig så ser vi om den är ledig. Parkering kostar inte extra. En egen lägenhetsvåning i ett hus i hjärtat av idylliska Kålltorp. Spårvagnar och bussar finns 300 meter från boendet som tar dig till centralaste Göteborg på 10-15 minuter (Ullevi, Liseberg, Centralstation, Avenyn etc). Mycket fridfullt men ändå centralt område. Det är fri parkering på gatorna utanför huset. Man har självständig tillgång till lägenheten som är på våning 2 av huset och lägenheten är på hela 75 kvm. Lägenheten är mycket ljus och är i mycket bra skick. Se bilder.

Fullt utrustat gästhus nära havet med trädgård

Nära havet i Lerkil med bad på klippor eller strand finns vårt fräscha gästhus på 3 rum och kök. Huset passar för 1- 4 personer och är utrustat med allt ni behöver, även för längre vistelser. Dessutom ingår lakan, handdukar och slutstädning och två cyklar. Ni får egen uteplats med grill och trädgårdsmöbler, här kan ni verkligen koppla av i lugn och fridfull miljö. Det är nära till fin natur, vandring och strövområden, cykling och fiske. Elbilsladdare finns.
