SoKal Suite-nestled between 2 beautiful lakes

We are located on Oyamas Isthmus between Wood Lake to the south and beautiful Kalamalka Lake to the north. The rail trail is minutes away and is great for walking or cycling and goes right around Wood Lake (Turtle Bay pub is a great stop on this route) as well as along the shore of Kalamalka Lake right into Vernon. There are great hikes, skiing (Big White and Silverstar), mountain biking, golf and vineyards all around and there are buses to Vernon or Kelowna a short walk away

Amazing 1 bdrm Okanagan Lake View Suite

This is a walk out one bedroom, fully equipped basement suite in a new modern/contemporary home. It is suitable for 1 or 2 guests. The view to the lake and the hillsides across the lake are incredible. There is lake access to Okanagan Lake across the street. Arrangements for boat moorage may be arranged as we have a private mooring buoy. Come to the Okanagan, this recreation mecca, and enjoy everything that we have to offer. Longer stay rates may be negotiated.

Local South Canoe mountain bike and hiking trails a 5 minute bike ride away. 20 minute drive to local Nordic ski area. Close to local beaches. Large covered deck to relax, surround yourself with the beautiful view of our forest grove and enjoy a Shuswap sunset. Covered parking.

This cozy suite is surrounded by local businesses. Take a stroll to explore nearby shops and restaurants, where you can treat yourself to a variety of cuisines. The nearby parks offer excellent bike, walking trails and playgrounds. After a day of city adventure, return to relax in this comfortable retreat. This suite is in a central location on the North Shore. It is minutes from downtown, Thompson Rivers University, the main shopping mall and theaters.

Cozy 2 Bedroom Suite, Kamloops|30mins to Sun Peaks

Our bright and private lower suite is spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. We have full kitchen facilities, wifi, Amazon Prime, YouTube and a pullout couch. The king-size bed in the master bedroom is exceptionally comfortable, the second room has a queen bed. We have 20 to 30min access to shopping in Kamloops or world-class, skiing and biking, thirty min up the hill. We’ve got a small-town vibe in the burbs, where you turn to go up to the Peaks.

Sun Peaks Oasis

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Beautiful 2 bedroom plus den apartment recently built. Backs onto Mt. Morrisey for beautiful mountain views with the burbling of McGillivray Creek right below. 2nd floor unit, walk directly from parking garage to your unit with no stairs or elevator required. Shuttle service close by or you can cross the street and take the Burfield chair up. Ski storage available, in suite laundry.

Peaceful and quiet neighborhood with mountain view. Walking distance to groceries, liquor store, Pharmacy, hardware and Pub. Walking around the neighborhood is very calming with the feel of the mountain embracing you. Despite the calmness of the place, we have security camera outside and panic button that connect to police, ambulance and fire department. We don't lock our vehicle and no incident of burglary.
