Full bathroom with deep tub and heated tile floor. Room has sound insulation in all walls and the ceiling. Private entrance in quiet, private backyard with koi pond. SKIERS!! : I"m only 45 minutes to Sun Peaks; I know this because I skied 48 days last year. Happy to share info on runs, or meet there and take a few together. :)
