TabiTabi Kamogawa is a private Machiya house for one group per day, located along the Kamogawa River in Kyoto. From the living room and balcony you can enjoy beautiful river views and the changing seasons — cherry blossoms in spring, lush greenery in summer, colorful autumn leaves, and quiet winter scenery. Birds often fly across the river, creating a peaceful Kyoto atmosphere. The sunroom also features an indoor glamping tent for a unique stay with family or friends.

Living in an 87m² Kyo-machiya

Located a 15-minute walk from Kyoto Station, this two-story traditional townhouse was built in 1938 and officially recognized by Kyoto City as a Kyomachiya townhouse. The house includes a garden, bedrooms on each floor, a kitchen, toilet, and bathroom. Enjoy the garden view from the traditional engawa veranda. As the entire house is rented privately, there is no contact with other guests.
