The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (queen size). There is a door to allow for additional privacy separating the sofa bed from the other two bedrooms for more comfortable sleeping arrangements. Private hot tub and access to a shared professional pickleball court with only two other properties.

We started a tour company to offer a discount to our guests who want to see the off road attractions. We live nearby.
