Enjoy your visit in our beautiful area while staying in our NEW two bedroom (sofa bed available), two bath duplex. Each bedroom has a king size bed, TV, convenient charging outlets, and a closet. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (queen size). There is a door to allow for additional privacy separating the sofa bed from the other two bedrooms for more comfortable sleeping arrangements. Private hot tub and access to a shared professional pickleball court with only two other properties.

When Glendale was first established, this lot was designated as a temporary home for visitors, emigrants and travelers. And while I'm not a native to this area, I was able to purchase the lot to build my family home. The home was remodeled in 2018 when I began hosting.
