The Grain Store - Kangaroo Island Brewery Studio

The Grain Store is a boutique studio style unit located on the western end of the Kangaroo Island Brewery production shed. A one bedroom studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and a weber q on the deck. We are completely off-grid! A comfy sofa bed and heater for those cold nights. Great panoramic views of Nepean Bay and MacGillivray Hills. Walk to the KIB cellar door in 30 seconds! With Kangaroo's in the lower field daily, a wander down to Lagoon Bay's little beach is a must especially to enjoy sunset over Bird islet.

Brownlow Beach Shack

Unwind in this peaceful, cute and cozy one bedroom unit. Affectionally called the "BB" shack, this unit is ideally suited for couples or single travelers. However, creative use of the limited space means that it can sleep a small family. Capturing the colours of Australiana fauna, the BB Shack is a short 5 minute drive from Kingscote, with the shacks name sake, Brownlow Beach, only one street away. Whether it is a short stay or extended getaway, the BB Shack can be your home away from home.

My Island Home

‘My Island Home’ is located on a quiet 2-acre block on the edge of Kingscote with bush surrounds and a short 2-minute walk to the beach. This modern, spacious get away is perfect for a couple, families or groups of people up to 12. With heaps of room inside and out to relax, entertain and to let the kids play. We are outside dog friendly and have boarding kennels and lots of area for your four legged friends to run around. This house offers secure off road parking with loads of vehicle space.

A welcoming 3 bedroom Villa situated in the heart of Kingscote. 200m from the foreshore, close to the jetty and a short stroll to shops & restaurants making it the perfect base for your Kangaroo Island experience. This rammed-earth villa is located on the highest point of the property with sweeping views of the coastline as far as the eye can see. The slow combustion fireplace, a huge Villeroy & Boch bathtub, & the complete solitude make this house the ultimate honeymooners’ delight. Sky House is also pleased to accept pets! There's a small fee of $65 per booking to cover additional cleaning costs when bringing a pet (to be paid directly). A limit of one small to medium pet per reservation applies.

A spacious cottage with an exposed beam, cathedral ceiling living room, two queen downstairs bedrooms and an upstairs attic bedroom - set in a secluded, bush garden with grassy area - only 2 minutes to beach or walk along beach to town for good coffee. Please note, the garden is fully fenced and we do accept pets, however this does attract an additional fee of $40 per animal (regretfully, because of our many small birds, we do not accept cats).
