‘The Stables @ Kookaburra House', is a unique and beautifully appointed barn style cottage located in a private setting amongst the tranquil country side of Kangaroo Valley. 5 km from Kangaroo Valley village and 1 km from the golf club. The Stables includes a large open fireplace, well appointed open plan country kitchen, spacious dining and lounge areas, outdoor fire pit, spacious grounds and breathtaking views of the valley from the outdoor furnished deck. Breakfast staples are provided.

With a 2 car connected garage and indoor/outdoor sandstone fireplace, it comprises 2 large king bedrooms each with a walk-in robe and ensuite. There is ducted air conditioning, fully appointed kitchen, open plan living dining, concealed laundry, outdoor dining terrace, swinging seat and BBQ. Perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4 or 5. Nestled in our citrus and nut orchard is the 'Captain's Cabin'. A hideaway in your own private section of the garden, with an amazing outdoor bath, ample cooking facilities inside and out, and fire pit, not to mention a comfortable queen bed with natural linen and towels, it's your base for the perfect Kangaroo Valley escape. A 5 minute walk from the village centre and 50m from the cycle and walking path, it's the perfect location too. Coffee machine, record player and provisions included.

Banksia is set on a working chicken farm in the heart of Kangaroo Valley, NSW. The tiny home is architecturally designed featuring an outdoor bath that makes you feel like you are floating out to the dam. The home is full of natural light, is sustainably built and is the perfect escape from city life. We highly recommend sipping on some wine in the evening, overlooking the dam and watching the sunset with the beautiful mountain scenery, all complete in this gorgeous escape.

Lyrebird Ridge Organic winery is tucked away in the quiet area known as Budgong. Set back off the road, you feel away from everything. National parks, Budgong Creek and a special view from a nearby lookout are all close by. Take time to visit our cellar door, sit around the firepit or find a quiet seat at one of the five dams. The Studio is one of two listings for accommodation. The Retreat is also on our property and shares the same building as The Studio.

Surrounded by tall gums in a rural setting, The light, airy house is all yours to enjoy on 12 acres with the kangaroos, wombats and the birds. It is excellent for families with kids or groups of adults. We now have air conditioning! We have just been hooked up to KV Broadband network with speeds over 40 Mbps suitable for video conferencing.
