High speed internet in every room & Netflix. The house is NOT handicap accessible but wide enough for a wheelchair inside the first level of the house. Maid service for $25/ day & transportation available for an additional fee. Call owner to set up services. FiFA only allows for 8 guests in the home for the football games.

The only time you might cross paths with someone else would be by the stocked pond, campfire ring, raised garden beds or tire tree swing. A mix between old & new the KC unit boasts a range of amenities & history that makes Kansas City, KC.

Come enjoy a nice relaxing getaway at our lakefront cottage on Gardner Lake. Just steps away from the water! Fish off your own private dock (fishing poles not provided). Want to explore more of the lake? The paddleboat, canoe, and kayak are included in your stay! The home is conveniently located approximately 5 minutes from KC Winery and 1 minute from Gardner Golf course. No parties or gatherings are to be held at the lake house.
