Karaka Rural Guest House

Private guest suite separated from the main house by a shared laundry area. A spacious sunny living area, a modern fully equipped kitchen, complete with oven, hobs, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. The lounge has a heat pump to keep you cosy (or cool), Sky TV, rural wireless internet & the home is double glazed. There are 2 Double bedrooms complete with brand new furnishings, K & Q beds. As well as a deck area, including outdoor table. The setting is beautiful, private and comfortable.

Studio is attached to main house, has its own entrance and private outdoor area . Off street parking. Semi -rural with easy access to both Nth & Sth motorways. Approx 2.5 kms to village.. 25kms from Airport. No public transport so you do need a vehicle. If needed can provide a single airbed and port a cot .

A peaceful , private , luxuriously appointed replica of an original NZ Settler's cottage located in the heart of Karaka. Lovely spaces to take advantage of both morning and afternoon sun, stunning gardens and view , a tennis court and swimming pool . Spacious Italian tiled bathroom with walk in rain shower and luxury toiletries. A separate dressing room . Gloriously comfortable Sealy Crown Jewel Bed with Frette linen , and a pillow selection. Fully equipped designer kitchen.

Guest Suite - Cosy place in the Wattle Downs

A full day of travel calls for a relaxing nights sleep. This private one bedroom sleep out built only couple of years ago has all the amenities for you to wind down and call it a day. With modern bathroom, air conditioner, bar fridge, smart TV and a Comfy queen bed to spend the evening watching YouTube, Netflix or stream on your device with unlimited fibre internet. Contactless check in and check out, quiet settings, close to the airport and motorway.

Rose Cottage Karaka-Private farm stay outdoor bath

Private romantic farm stay just 44 km from Auckland CBD. Rose Cottage is a newly built stand‑alone retreat on our Karaka farm. Relax in your secluded garden embraced by nature or wander the main garden, farm and native bush. Enjoy all the comforts of home: super king bed, tiled bathroom with walk‑in shower, washer/dryer, ducted aircon, outdoor dining and a double outdoor bath under the stars. Close to Auckland airport and yet feels a million miles away.

Self contained loft, 20 minutes from Auckland airport, located within minutes to both the northern and southern motorways making this a perfect location to begin or end your holiday. The space itself has a private bathroom, queen sized bed and wardrobe, there are no cooking facilities within the room although a guide to local food and beverage outlets is provided. Tea and coffee is provided as is a WiFi connection. Some pets ok, no Cats sorry.

Hillcroft Cottage. Stunning views.

Hillcroft cottage is a small self contained cottage within our large garden on 16acres of land. There are 2 resident Labrador dogs, cattle and hens. Continental breakfast is provided. We welcome people from all countries and backgrounds. We would like to know a little bit about your group and why you are visiting before we accept booking requests .Travel Safe!
