A private hot tub as well as sauna are at your disposal, which makes this place a perfect spot for a nice and relaxing vacation. This property also comes with a children's playground, pool table, darts, private beach with floating sun deck, BBQ facilities with an outdoor dining area. A private parking is provided, reservation is not required. Free Wi-fi is available throughout the property.

Casa alla Cascata je osnovana 2023.godine. Nalazi se u mjestu Lučica. Najveća atrakcija Lučice je slap na rijeci Korani. Udaljeni smo od grada Karlovca svega 30min, sat vremena od grada Zagreba, 45min od NP Plitvička jezera. Casa alla Cascata was established in 2023. It is in the place Lučica. The biggest attraction of Lučica is the spectacular waterfall on the Korana river. We are only 30min away from the city of Karlovac, an hour from the city of Zagreb, 45min from the Plitvice Lakes NP.

Please note that sojourn tax of 10 kuna (around 1,5 euros) per person per night would be applied on top of the price during checkout.

Once upon a time, this was a mill house which is renovated to meet nowadays requirements. By it's address, cottage belongs to village Perići, even though it's distanced around 2km from it. Therefore, cottage is isolated and offers privacy.
