The Palavayal Farm Villa

A river side farm villa nestled amidst lush green farm, The Palavayal Farm Villa is a perfect getaway for a complete retreat into the nature. Tejaswini river flows through the property, giving our guests exclusive private access to the river. Guests can also relax at our large 12x6m swimming pool. We indulge our guests in river rafting, kayaking, river/farm walk & houseboat rides. Ideal for those who want to get away from the city and spent quality time with family and friends amidst the nature.

Escape to Samruddhi Food Forest, a 7-acre organic farm in Doddaballapura, where we grow a variety of produce using sustainable farming techniques. The farm, adorned with native Indian trees, is an idyllic sanctuary for nature enthusiasts. Awaken to the chirping of birds in our thoughtfully designed, pet-friendly 4 BHK villa. Our fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal for culinary adventures. A usage charge of ₹500 applicable. Swiggy/Zomato is an option too. Solar, UPS, gen-set equipped.

Venil Farms is our hillside family run farm stay, nestled among coffee and pepper crops, just 9 km from Yercaud Lake. Our eco-conscious cottage, built with refurbished materials, features 2 cozy bedrooms with mud and stone walls, blending traditional charm with modern comforts. Relax in the sunken pit living room with a large window, or enjoy meals in the dining area with a 180-degree view of the farm. An outdoor shower area, a campfire, and a soothing stream add to the charm of your stay.

Our duplex treehouse is a tiny house build at 35feet height, which is on an organic plantation at the banks of Kabani river. It’s in two levels; bottom level having bedroom, bathroom and a terrace. Breakfast is complimentary. No extra charges for activities. No river activities on monsoon. No loud music, party or stags group please.

Fernhill Cottage

Fernhill Cottage, was originally built as a holiday home for the owners, Dr George Paul and his wife Dr. Bini George. The house was inspired by the model of old English cottages of Yercaud built in the early 20th century. The house is built out of rough hewn granite stones furnished with a modern kitchen and toilets. The house has a wooden loft accessed by a spiral staircase and can be used as a bedroom/ recreational area.
