Baza to 3, w pełni wyposażone domy o powierzchni 50m2 + zamknięte antresole. Parter każdego domu stanowi salon z aneksem kuchennym i 18 metrowym tarasem, sypialnia z podwójnym łóżkiem oraz łazienka. Na antresolach znajdują się dwa pojedyncze łóżka. Optymalna ilość gości w domu to 4 osoby, rozkładana kanapa w salonie może zapewnić miejsce noclegowe dla 2 dodatkowych osób. Baza Tlen to miejsce całorocznego wypoczynku. Zimą ogrzewane, latem klimatyzowaneZafunduj sobie odpoczynek i wyciszenie.

Nasza przestrzeń zanurzona jest w dzikiej przyrodzie Rudawskiego Parku Krajobrazowego, położona w maleńkiej wiosce o nazwie Gruszków, mającej przed wojną status uzdrowiska. Dom znajduje się w bliskim sąsiedztwie lasu na nieujarzmionej polanie. Jeśli jesteście spragnieni szeptów drzew, odgłosów łąki, widoku świetlików, ptasich treli, gwieździstego nieba, odpoczynku w miejscu gdzie czas płynie wolniej, a świat przeżywa się pełniej i uważniej, to przyjeżdżajcie do Wysokiej Trawy.

Modern House with Sauna in the heart of Krkonoše

This modern house, built in 2015, is a part of semi-detached house and is located 10 min walk from the parking lot near the cable car lift to Snezka. Skibus stop is located 100 metres from the house. There are two bedrooms with a double bed, bunk bed and en-suite bathroom in each of them. The house has a living room with a TV and fireplace, equiped kitchen and a dining table. There is also a garage and infrasauna. The house is great for family vacations. No parties please.

Wir leben hier nicht durch Zufall oder zur Strafe, wir leben hier aus Liebe zur Natur und Schönheit der Riesengebirger Landschaft. Das ist ein einzigartiger Ort, wo die Farbvielfältigkeit, die sich in den grünen Wiesen, den herbstlichen Buchenblätter und den roten Vogelbeeren wiederspiegelt, auf eine Art und Weise verzaubert, die einen nicht mehr loslässt.

Zen Meadow: The whole House

Gdzieś na łące, miedzy Karkonoszami a Rudawami Janowickimi, stoi dom. Wokół szumią łąki i ćwierkają ptaki. Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

Apartment FuFu

Our cozy and quiet apartment is located in our family house in Lánov (Prostřední Lánov). We have a garden, right under the forest. The apartment has its own separate entrance from the other side of the house. It's pleasantly cool in the summer, and we've prepared floor heating for you this winter, so you won't be cold inside. Parking is in front of the house behind the gate on private land. For up to 2 Persons, no more kid!

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
