The apartment is located in the central part of the resort and go directly to the promenade with many cafes, restaurants and shops for your evening stroll.

Η τοποθεσία έχει άμεση προσβασιμότητα σε αεροδρόμιο (15' με αυτοκίνητο), από την έκθεση metropolitan expo (15’ με αυτοκίνητο), παραλία (8' με τα πόδια). Σε απόσταση 5’ υπάρχει φούρνος, μίνι μάρκετ.

The courtyard, covered by a century-old bougainvillea, is 5.5 m X 10 m large, surrounded by a stone fence and is also ideal for the winter. Outdoor adjacent bathroom , accessed via a closed shed. Within walking distance from the main beach of Karystos (5-minute walk). Access through a traditional, stone-paved, picturesque alley.

Several beaches, including our personal favourite ‚Kochili Beach‘, are within walking distance. House Amalia can also be booked as a whole for up to eleven guest.

The highlight of our open plan is the expansive balcony, offering breathtaking view of the sea, either you're sipping your morning coffee, enjoying a sunset cocktail or simply soaking in the stunning scenery. The apartment is 12km (7.4m) away from airport and the shopping center is 12.3km (7.6m) away.

Aspra Chomata别墅

Aspra Chomata Villas are a complex of two independent houses of 50 sq.m. each one. They are built within a five-acre estate overgrown with centuries-old olive trees in boho Cycladic architecture and aesthetics with a few touches of an earthy village element. The residences consist of a ground floor with a 20 sq m courtyard and a first floor with a 20 sq m balcony. Both villas have an unobstructed view of the sea (Gulf of Karystos) both from the balcony and from the bedroom.
