Villa Imperial is a single-level, exceptional 3-bedroom villa, an oasis of tranquility and privacy. Yet, it is only 3 minutes drive from the bustling restaurants and bars area of Coral-Bay, and Corallia-Bay sandy beach. Situated in the prestigious Sea Caves area, with its great panoramic sea & mountain views, Villa Imperial boasts spacious interior and outdoor areas. Here you will enjoy a large private pool (5X10), easy-going atmosphere, and gardens which have been tastefully landscaped.

Magical Views Residence With Private Pool

On the hills north of Paphos there is a picturesque community many times called the Beverly Hills of Cyprus. Built on the slope of a hill of Kamares Village is my villa which consists of two levels. I live on the top level and my guests on the level below which comprises of one bedroom, living room, full bathroom and kitchenette and is surrounded by a beautiful garden next to the private swimming pool. This self contained place for my guests has separate entrance and it is totally private.

Our stunning VILLA CORAL COVE is centrally located 2 minutes walk from the vibrant restaurants, bars and Cafes area of Coral-Bay. However, it's in a peaceful street. Accordingly our guest can enjoy both tranquility and great vibe. Our renovated villa is fully equipped. We have a big pool and a cozy garden. We offer diverse seating areas, in and out. We also have a BBQ area, and you can dine out nearby the pool after enjoying the outside shower. We wish you a memorable stay ! Welcome !

Spiti Calliope

Spiti Calliope is a luxury stone-and-wood residence in Kathikas Village, centered on a stone-paved courtyard and a fireplace-warmed living room. Three bedrooms, including a master with its own fireplace, offer real exclusivity, with luxury furniture, premium appliances, and 3 toilets, 2 showers throughout. Elemis amenities, rainfall showers, hotel-grade beds, a marble outdoor bath, and full BBQ complete the retreat — set in a peaceful neighborhood, five minutes from Kathikas's tavernas.

Akamantida Platea 1

Akamantida Platea 1 is a traditional house originally built in 1904. Renovated in 2016, with great respect for the original design. Located in the centre of Arodes Village at the outskirts of Akamas National Park. It's a three bedroom cottage; two of them with double beds and the third one with two single beds. One shower with toilet and sink. One sitting room with fireplace, the kitchen, fully equipped, and a small yard with outdoor furniture to enjoy the coolness of summer nights.

It is close to several fabulous beaches, in a tranquil semi-rural setting overlooking the sea, yet close enough to return to Paphos city by a short car drive or local bus journey. Local facilities include a large supermarket, restaurants and bars nearby in Coral Bay and Peyia. PARTIES NOT ALLOWED.
