Quiet and residential area. This room is in third floor, bright and sunny. Room equipped with working desk and chair, cupboard, hanger. From the room you have very nice view of Swambhunath (monkey temple), Nagarjun Hill, Chandragiri hill, White Monastery and neighbors. The bathroom is just outside the room but it's private, no need to share with other. Ease access to the kitchen, terrace. Big terrace is good for sunbath, doing yoga, to enjoy mountain view, great view of sunrise and sunset.

Me and my famliy we live in the same building below. We are just renting out our spare room for travelers and for students who plan to stay for short term and longer period of time.
