Η οικία μας προσφέρει άνετα δωμάτια,μεγάλη κουζίνα και μπάνιο. Η ηρεμία του χωριού καθώς και η απίστευτη θέα είναι αυτά που τραβούν την προσοχή κάθε επισκέπτη.. Ο χώρος μας είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες και οικογένειες (με παιδιά).

Tο διαμέρισμα Spiros House βρίσκεται ανατολικά του νησιού σε ένα μικρό και όμορφο ορεινό χωριό, το Κατωχώρι. Το σπίτι είναι 65 τ.μ με ένα δωμάτιο, μεγάλο σαλόνι- κουζίνα και μπάνιο. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει από 2 έως 5 άτομα, έτσι είναι ιδανικό για οικογένειες αλλά και ζευγάρια. Διαθέτει κλιματισμό, TV, WiFi, εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα καθώς επίσης πετσέτες, σεντόνια, κουβέρτες και μαξιλάρια. Στον εξωτερικό χώρο διαθέτει μεγάλη βεράντα με τραπεζαρία και πανέμορφη θέα. A parking space 200m away is offered for free.

The house is a 5 min drive to Nidri where tavernas and cafes line the water front and where ferries sail to neighboring islands.
