*45minites from Dallas* This unique tiny home has a style all its own and sits on a 9 acre working ranch with a pond view. It is also 15minutes from Cedar Creek Lake. Full size bed with a pullout trundle underneath comfortably sleeps 3 total. We also have a main house on the property so the backyard is a shared space. Outdoor adventures are always nearby, like fishing at Cedar Creek Lake, or birdwatching for the over 270 bird species that can be found at John Bunker Sands Wetland Center.

Canton First Monday Trade Days Park is only 20 minutes away. and you will be 6 miles from Ham's Orchard, 11 miles from the shops at Terrell, and 13 miles from the Crossroads shopping area.

Pool, basketball goal we also have a corn hole set that you can use. Full DIRECTV and Internet access. Lots and lots of amenities.
