It has 2 rooms with a terrace and pool just steps away.. the space has everything I could imagine to have a blend of relaxation, outdoors or a chilled get together.. it has vintage wooden speakers, a fully fitted BBQ grill and more. I have for rent a fully furnished house of 750 sq.ft , good for couples/ families (with kids) and business travellers and well-located with grocery/ pharmacies in 200m radius, top-notch restaurants in 2-3km radius and railway station/airport within 5-8km radius. Though breakfast is not provided, microwave and induction stove are available in the apartment with coffee, tea and sugar satchets. Can suggest food delivery services if required. I live next door and am happy to help!

Fernhill Cottage, was originally built as a holiday home for the owners, Dr George Paul and his wife Dr. Bini George. The house was inspired by the model of old English cottages of Yercaud built in the early 20th century. The house is built out of rough hewn granite stones furnished with a modern kitchen and toilets. The house has a wooden loft accessed by a spiral staircase and can be used as a bedroom/ recreational area.
