Cottages on The Prairie, the Farmhouse

The Farmhouse is one of 4 cottages that are newly constructed in Pawhuska. Living room with vaulted ceiling, full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Coffee bar with various coffees and teas, sweeteners and creamers. There is a large dining table with plenty of room for eating or playing games. Special touches with exquisite woodwork and decorated with charm. Outside is a large pavilion with tables and plenty of seating. These cottages are one street over from the Mercantile.

Pecan Cabin

The Pecan Cabin is in the middle of a pecan orchard. It is built out of pecan wood. There is much wildlife around the cabin. We often see deer, wild turkeys, armadillo, squirrels, hawks, racoon, and coyote. It is very quiet and peaceful. A great place for star gazing. This is a working pecan orchard. You may see us, mowing, pruning and generally taking care of the trees. There is no hunting on this property. The land is leased for hunting, but they do not hunt in the pecan grove.

1929 Rock Barn in the Country

Located just northeast of Ponca City, this beautifully remodeled 1929 barn offers a unique retreat. With rustic charm and modern comforts, it’s perfect for hunters, our workers, or small groups. Guests enjoy an inviting open-concept space with rustic charm, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Outside, take in peaceful countryside views and starlit nights. Bridgewater Cabin (Modern/private/in city limits!)

A modern cabin in town! This is the only residence on 4.2 wooded acres, and feels like you’re miles from town. Located 3 minutes drive from downtown Pawhuska. Relax on the 320sf deck by the house, or walk just a few steps down a wooded path to the platform overlooking Bird Creek, lots of wildlife can be seen. Perfect for a couples weekend, or a quiet getaway. Queen bed in the loft and a queen Murphy bed in the main room. A wilderness retreat within the city limits!

Potomac Cottage - HotTub, Deck, Coffee Bar, 2Bed

The Potomac Cottage, nestled in Ponca City, Oklahoma, is your cozy retreat just 25 miles from Kansas and 15 miles east of I-35. This delightful 2-bed, 1-bath home boasts modern amenities like a soothing hot tub, spacious deck with an outdoor gas grill, a cozy coffee bar, and convenient Alexa Smart home controls. There’s something for everyone at The Lodge. Traveling with family? The Lodge has activities & games galore for all ages. Have a cookout, a Cornhole tournament, and relax by the most unique fire pit in town. Here for business? You can spread out on the dining room table and Ponca City Broadband is just right for your business connections. The Lodge is located in a highly desired location and is moments away from anything you might want or need.

James and Victoria’s Modern Cheerful Home!

An adorable green house with a nice modern interior! Sleep well on 2 nice queen beds with brand new, top of the line mattress! Sit back and relax with a 65” TV or enjoy cooking a meal with a well stocked kitchen. This house is located on Grand Ave just a few blocks away from beautiful downtown Ponca. It’s also very close to the P66 refinery. If you need a baby crib set up just let me know and I will have one for you!

The Cabin on The Coy T Ranch

Built in 1900, the cabin made of native sandstone sits atop one of the rolling Osage hills. It's fully renovated with hardwood floors, granite counter tops, soaker tub, & views out every window! The cabin faces west and the most beautiful sunsets are the evening's entertainment. Guests will enjoy the privacy of being surrounded by ranch land as far as they can see, yet still partake of the town life just 5 miles away.

Lemmons Lemman - A Charming Country Getaway

Our recently remodeled guest house is nestled in the heart of Osage County countryside, all while being located less than 10 minutes from downtown Pawhuska. Artfully decorated, it features locally handmade furniture along with beautiful woodwork. Guests can enjoy a relaxing evening by the fire pit, receive a peaceful night's rest, and wake up, enjoying a cup of coffee while overlooking the landscape.

Livin on lake time

Relax and unwind while livin on lake time! Just down the road is a boating dock and access to Kaw lake. Enjoy cooking a delicious breakfast in the fully stocked kitchen, a nice soak in the jacuzzi tub, a game of cornhole, or just a sit on the large covered porch.. grab a pole and test your luck at Kaw lake right down the road.
