Whananaki Barn is on 15 acres of lifestyle block overlooking the sea. It is totally OFF GRID so if you love peace and tranquillity this is the place for you! It has great views of both the native bush and the beach. You’ll love my place because of the beauty, the outdoor space, the sunrise and sunsets and it is off-grid!. This newly built, architectural home is a modern, three level house with an incredible connection to the opua forest. Open the bi-fold doors and take a deep breath of the refreshing forest air and soak in the calming hues of green. With the Bay of Islands at your doorstep this house will provide you with everything you need to come back and rest and recover after a day spent exploring the beaches, wineries, islands, bush walks, fishing and much more this incredible location has to offer.

The Annex - 独立单元。

The Annex is on a small farmlet, 6 km south of Whangarei, with harbour views. It was a sleepout, built in the 1980's, separate, but next to the main house. It has two bedrooms. There is a double bed and two singles plus a day bed in the living area. The living/ dining area, has a wood fire. There is a small shower room and separate toilet. It is situated about 100 mtr off SH1, so there can be road noise. There are no streetlights and it can be very dark if you arrive after sundown.
