Whananaki Barn - 乡村小屋 2

Whananaki Barn is on 15 acres of lifestyle block overlooking the sea. It is totally OFF GRID so if you love peace and tranquillity this is the place for you! It has great views of both the native bush and the beach. You’ll love my place because of the beauty, the outdoor space, the sunrise and sunsets and it is off-grid!. Relax in the beautiful Bay of Islands. Our recently redecorated, well appointed 2 bed apartments are centrally located (100m) from Paihia’s best swimming beach. Park undercover in a lock up garage and walk to the main amenities. It is an 800m stroll along the waterfront to the wharf and Paihia village with a large selection of restaurants and shops. With the Bay of Islands at your doorstep this house will provide you with everything you need to come back and rest and recover after a day spent exploring the beaches, wineries, islands, bush walks, fishing and much more this incredible location has to offer.

The Annex - 独立单元。

The Annex is on a small farmlet, 6 km south of Whangarei, with harbour views. It was a sleepout, built in the 1980's, separate, but next to the main house. It has two bedrooms. There is a double bed and two singles plus a day bed in the living area. The living/ dining area, has a wood fire. There is a small shower room and separate toilet. It is situated about 100 mtr off SH1, so there can be road noise. There are no streetlights and it can be very dark if you arrive after sundown.

Our bach comes complete with everything needed for a beach holiday, weekend retreat or romantic getaway. An easy 10 minute stroll to local cafe or ten minute drive to Parua Bay cafes, 4 square and gas station and the infamous Parua Bay Tavern. Access to the Bach is down a short but moderately steep bush track(see photo).

A self contained cottage. 1 minute walk from a long, white sand popular surf beach and 2 minutes to a beautiful tidal estuary. The cottage is behind my house in a semi tropical lush garden. Pataua is a perfect place for walking, surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking or just relaxing. The garden is fenced so safe for babies and children or a small dog. My small dogs Ody and Tom share the garden. They are full of life but super friendly and gentle.

This spacious, self standing and self contained one bedroom cottage is very privately located within our organic citrus orchard just 5km outside of Kerikeri town. It's double glazing, full insulation, mosquito screens and heat pump/aircon give it the perfect setting to relax or to explore the Bay of Islands. Our pool, friendly farm animals and luscious gardens and orchard make it a perfect place for children and adults alike.
