All set on a 55 acre organic farm. We have a 10 kw solar panel, native plant nursery as well as heritage breed cattle, turkeys and chickens.

There is an annual ban for April. **pool is open from mid-June to Labour Day.

My whimsical & quaint cottage is 5klm from town which hosts a Foodland, LCBO, Pub, ice cream window and Home Hardware. Balsam Lake Provincial Park and Indian Point Provincial Park are close as well. I love my cottage because of the gardens, the chandeliers, the purple doors and the glorious clean river! The cottage itself is 900sq.ft. of cuteness & the property is 100 x200sqft. Canoeing, kayaking, bbqing, swimming, snorkeling and river floating are daily activities.

It's a simple, beautiful setting with creature comforts and great views. We built this cabin by hand and we hope you enjoy the magic here as much as we do! The cabin is truly off-grid which means no electricity, no wifi, no running water and limited cell phone connectivity :)
