Η μεζονέτα 27 τ.μ. βρίσκεται μέσα σε μία απ' τις παραδοσιακές αυλές του συνοικισμού μόλις 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι της Κέας όπου βρίσκονται πολλά εστιατόρια και καφετέριες. Σε απόσταση αναπνοής μόλις 2 χλμ βρίσκεται το κοσμοπολίτικο Βουρκάρι στο οποίο μπορείτε να απολαύσετε το γεύμα ή το ποτό σας δίπλα στην θάλασσα. Το κέντρο του νησιού η παραδοσιακή Ιουλίδα βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 8 χλμ και είναι ιδανική για να θαυμάσετε το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Είναι ιδανικό για ένα ζευγάρι ή μια παρέα φίλων.

This beautifully decorated house in located in a unique spot at the very edge of Otzias beach. With its very own beach rock with platform and umbrella, you can have a very private swim & sunbathe. The house is close enough to have easy access to taverns, golden sandy beach, kiosk, sport courts and children playground, and far enough to be completely and utterly private. You can watch busy summer life from a close distance or turn to the other edge of the house, away from any gaze.

Serene, amazing and not too far from the action. A place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia 's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.

Otzias海景公寓II

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A beautiful and carefully decorated apartment with two bedrooms, sitting area as well as fully equipped kitchen. It has one bathroom, a shadowed veranda and furniture to enjoy and dine outdoors. The apartment has all amenities and equipment to make your holiday memorable. It features a fully equipped bathroom with shower. The one bedroom has a queen size double bed, whereas the other has two single beds.

Xyla 海滩单间公寓 4

Xyla Beach Studio 4 belongs to a brand new complex of fully equipped houses just above Xyla beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Kea. The design of house follows the local architectural elements, while their construction combines minimalism with luxury. From the terrace you can access the shared pool of the complex as well as enjoy the marvelous sea view and the sunset. The house is located 15 minutes by car from the port through 4,5km of dirt road.
