Cape Villa is a stunning, sunlit contemporary house right by the sea. It is perfectly placed to enjoy a relaxed vacation just by the sea, or to combine it with sightseeing around Athens. The house is located on the edge of the cape, just only 20 meters from the sea. It is about 35 minutes drive from Athens airport and about 50 minutes away from Athens city center. We are located on the east side of the island of Kythnos, between Kalo Livadi and Lefkes. Our lodging offers amazing views of the Aegean Sea as well as access to a beautiful secluded beach. The beach is only 80m away from the main house, and is a 5 minute descent of pathway and cement stairs. It is usually very peaceful, with only a handful of visitors resting under the two big trees, thus giving the impression of a private beach even in the heart of August.
