There is also an outdoor dining area with seaview, a sitting area with BBQ, mosquito screens, fireplace, heating, Smart tv with Netflix, Satellite TV, homecinema, dishwasher, washingmachine, microwave.

En Plo Villa is a captivating 3-level haven perched on impressive seafront cliffs, offering breathtaking panoramic views. This idyllic retreat enjoys convenient proximity, just 30 mins from the airport and 50 mins from vibrant Athens. The iconic Temple of Poseidon is a mere 10-minute drive away. Lavrio city is easily accessible, less than 4 mins by car. The surrounding area boasts stunning beaches. The closest beach is 2 mins away, renowned as one of the region's most popular and well-appointed.

The Yellow Bungalow

Sea front, elegant and minimalistic bungalow. Unique space of living and bedroom, with a separate kitchen equipped with basic utensils and bathroom. Just a few meters above sea level with amazing view to Vourkari and bay. Comfortable setting to enjoy the outdoors space with chaises longues and outdoor dinning table. 500meters from Vourkari where someone can find beautiful typical tavernas, bars, galleries and mini market. Within a distance of 3km someone can find 4 beaches for swimming.

Villa Stoneflower with breathtaking sunsets

Villa Stoneflower is a traditionally decorated villa of 165m2 with very modern facilities, located on a cliff side 30 meters above the sea. Spectacular panoramic views and unforgettable breath taking sunsets compose the ideal setting for a serene Mediterranean experience. The villa is build in two levels, surrounding the villa there is a large terrace with BBQ, private swimming pool, various shaded seating and dining areas, as well as ample space for sunbathing and relaxing.

Amelia: Beachfront relaxation as never experienced

Serene, amazing and not too far from the action. A place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia 's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.

Xyla Beach Studio 4

Xyla Beach Studio 4 belongs to a brand new complex of fully equipped houses just above Xyla beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Kea. The design of house follows the local architectural elements, while their construction combines minimalism with luxury. From the terrace you can access the shared pool of the complex as well as enjoy the marvelous sea view and the sunset. The house is located 15 minutes by car from the port through 4,5km of dirt road.

Liotrivi Blue 3

We are located on the east side of the island of Kythnos, between Kalo Livadi and Lefkes. Our lodging offers amazing views of the Aegean Sea as well as access to a beautiful secluded beach. The beach is only 80m away from the main house, and is a 5 minute descent of pathway and cement stairs. It is usually very peaceful, with only a handful of visitors resting under the two big trees, thus giving the impression of a private beach even in the heart of August.

Beachfront Studio in Leykes Kythnos

A traditional stone house literally built on the sand just a few meters from the seawater. You sleep and you wake up by the pure sound of soft waves and birds.Resting for one week in this house will make you feel like you have rested for a full month. Some guests say that the photos do not justify the place. It is a lot nicer being here in person.
