There is also an outdoor dining area with seaview, a sitting area with BBQ, mosquito screens, fireplace, heating, Smart tv with Netflix, Satellite TV, homecinema, dishwasher, washingmachine, microwave.

Access to the Temple of Poseidon in Sounio (6km), to Athens International Airport (30km), and to Athens historical city center (60km), with possibility of private pick-up arrangement

Xyla Beach Studio 4 belongs to a brand new complex of fully equipped houses just above Xyla beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Kea. My place is in walking distance from the Temple of Poseidon in Cape Sounio, overlooking the blue Mediterranean sea. You’ll love it because of the comfy bed, the view with its breath-taking sunsets and its location altogether, as it is an hour drive away from Athens and relatively close to the Airport.
