Sea Satin Sounio... A sea-front studio, renovated on 2022 and March 2023. Two small clean beaches, 08 & 20 meters from the house, and a large beach with sunbeds 100 metres from the house. Ideal choice for anyone who wants to spend a few days, literally a breath away from the sea House tangent to Punda Zeza beach. Access to the Temple of Poseidon in Sounio (6km), to Athens International Airport (30km), and to Athens historical city center (60km), with possibility of private pick-up arrangement

Cottage with stunning panoramic sea and pool views in the Poseidonia residential complex with a huge swimming pool. The cottage is located just 80 m from the beautiful sandy beach and 40 m from the complex's pool in the resort of Sounion, 40 minutes' drive from Athens airport and 5 minutes from the Temple of Poseidon. The two-storey cottage of 80 sq. m consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor, as well as a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet on the ground floor.

Το σπίτι είναι σε δύο επίπεδα το πρωτο περιλαμβανει σαλονι κουζινα και ενα wc.Το δεύτερο 2 υπνοδωμάτια με ενα μπάνιο.Το σπίτι εχει μεγάλη βεράντα με καταπληκτική θέα στο γραφικο λιμάνι του βουρκαριου. The house is on two levels the first one includes a kitchen and 1 wc.The second 2 bedrooms with one bathroom.The house has a large terrace with amazing view to vourkari.

studio 25 τ.μ. με υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα, βρίσκεται 5 μ. από την παραλία του Καλό Λιβαδιού, ικανό να φιλοξενήσει έως 3 άτομα. Ενιαίος χώρος με 1 διπλό και 1 μονό κρεβάτι, μπάνιο με ντουζ, μικρή κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. Μπροστά από το studio υπάρχει ένας επίπεδος προαύλιος χώρος 500μ. με φυτά και δέντρα που προσφέρει στιγμές ηρεμίας και χαλάρωσης.

A traditional stone house literally built on the sand just a few meters from the seawater. You sleep and you wake up by the pure sound of soft waves and birds.Resting for one week in this house will make you feel like you have rested for a full month. Some guests say that the photos do not justify the place. It is a lot nicer being here in person.
