Το σπίτι είναι ένας μονόχωρος με μικρή ήσυχη αυλή, μεγάλο ύψος στο εσωτερικό, κουζίνα, μπάνιο, ηλεκτρική εγκατάσταση όλα καινούρια και φροντισμένα για ανθρώπους που αγαπούν την ανανέωση της παραδοσιακής αισθητικής.

The house is located on the edge of the cape, just only 20 meters from the sea. It is about 35 minutes drive from Athens airport and about 50 minutes away from Athens city center.
