The property is ideal for those that want to have a relaxing holiday. The house is a short distance from the main village of Ioulis, 10 minutes from the port (by car) and 15 minutes from various beaches (by car). The property has a swimming pool and a nice terrace where you can sit and relax, while enjoying a good meal from the BBQ. The house has ample room for up to to six guests, with two good sized bedrooms and a third open-plan bedroom overlooking the living room, two bathrooms and a w.c.

Cape Villa is a stunning, sunlit contemporary house right by the sea. It is perfectly placed to enjoy a relaxed vacation just by the sea, or to combine it with sightseeing around Athens. The house is located on the edge of the cape, just only 20 meters from the sea. It is about 35 minutes drive from Athens airport and about 50 minutes away from Athens city center. The center of Lavrion is only a 5 minute drive and there you can find many tavernas, coffee shops, super markets and bars.
