The Cottage

Unplug in this peaceful little getaway. Nestled in the backyard of our little hobby farm near the Wood River, you will be able to visit our alpacas, goat, or honey bees. Sit and relax on the porch, or stroll through the pasture or neighborhood. In many ways, the cottage resembles a tiny house with a small bathroom & shower, kitchen sink, microwave, induction hot plate, coffee maker, plates, glasses & utensils. Many of the restaurants & shopping amenities are located on the north end of Kearney.

Stay in a modern farmhouse on a 13 acre homestead with native prairie grass, huge open space and tons of trees. This quiet neighborhood is easily accessible to some of Grand Island's best amenities including a 10 min WALK to Fonner Park, a 14 min WALK to Island Oasis Water Park, and a 5 min drive to downtown shops and restaurants. There are two Fire TV's to watch your favorite streaming shows. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, a fenced in backyard for your pets, a BBQ grill, and one secure parking space in the attached garage.

1 Bedroom Shed in Country Perfect for Crane Season

Crane season hot spot! The apartment is located inside a newly constructed shed. It has one bedroom, one bath (shower only, no tub), and a large living room and kitchen with all appliances (no dishwasher). A private pond is located in the pasture outside of the shed for quiet nights relaxing and fishing. It is the perfect setting for nature and bird watching! We do allow pets for a $25 fee. There is a very friendly farm dog on the property, so take note if this will be an issue for you.

Whether you're looking for a single night or romantic getaway our beautiful Studio is a perfect solution. With over 600sq you will have plenty of room to stretch out & relax. A private entrance, large kept & shaded backyard & pool (Late May to Sept) allows you to enjoy outdoor living in the evenings, peaceful days & the best start with your morning coffee. The suite is fully contained & private from the main house, with WiFi, TV, A/C, microwave, fridge & coffee

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. 2 blocks from Good Samaritan Hospital and 1 block from Dryden Park. House includes detached 2 car garage and fenced backyard. Washer and dryer located in basement along with another living space. House includes 3 full sized beds and 2 queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. We allow dogs with a 25 dollar fee for the first pet and a 25 dollar fee for each additional pet.

Country Getaway - 13 Acres - Pet Friendly

Stay in a cabin on a homestead with native prairie grass, huge open space and tons of trees. Ayr is about 10-minute drive to the charming small town of Hastings. There is a second home on the property that is also available and listed on Airbnb. The place can and has easily fit numerous camping arrangements on the 13 acre plot. Pets are welcome, and folks should know there are three barn cats on the property.

Cozy Cabin on the River

This cozy cabin is located 5 minutes from downtown Kearney. It sits on the Platte River with an incredible view of the Nebraska sunrises and sunsets. It has a nice fishing lake stocked with bass, crappie, blue gill and catfish. The fishing lake is directly outside the cabin. This cabin is furnished with leather furniture, cable tv, a queen size bed, a double size bed and A/C.

Spacious Getaway w/ Hot Tub, Fire Pit & Large Yard

Centennial House is a spacious, welcoming home in a quiet Kearney neighborhood — the kind of place where the hot tub gets fired up, the fire pit draws everyone outside, and the backyard becomes the main event. Close to I-80 and minutes from Kearney's shops and restaurants, it works just as well for a weekend getaway as it does for a comfortable road-trip stop.

Our cozy industrial home is the perfect hideaway in Gibbon. Located just 1 mile outside of town, you will be close to the local businesses and restaurants. Gibbon is one of the premier towns in the country to watch the Sandhill Cranes migration and is home to one of the largest traveled railways by the Union Pacific.
