This beautiful little terraced cottage is located in a barn conversion in a blissfully remote corner of South Devon. The fresh decor and tranquil setting make for a wonderfully relaxing getaway. Pick up the Southwest Coast path for a walk to the coast or simply relax in the garden with the sounds of the countryside. The nearby town of Kingsbridge is a more lively option, with pubs, restaurants and shops.

A beautiful open plan studio apartment, furnished to the highest standard for self-catering with a fully equipped kitchen with oven, grill, hob, fridge, microwave. There is a dining area, lounge equipped with a TV and a great wet room. Outside is a private patio area with sun loungers and bistro set. Ample parking on drive. A cream tea awaits you on arrival. 1 night bookings only accepted Sun-Thurs. 3 night stays in the summer preferred, but ask to see if we can accommodate you.

The Old Laundry is a large airy studio space with dining area, kettle, fridge, toaster, microwave and tabletop electric cooker. A king-size bed and a single bed for a third guest, and a gorgeous bathroom with a newly added heated towel rail. The apartment is private with its own front door, an outside courtyard and the pool a stroll away that looks over the sea and our three acres of garden to relax in. It is ideally located for exploring the beautiful South Hams.
