Welcome to the cutest little house ever! Our goal is to make you as comfortable as we can, yet we promise not to bother you during your stay. Your pups are welcome. There is a small pet fee and we ask, "Please include pets in your reservation." This is a very quiet neighborhood where you may want to go for a walk, visit the park or even better, check out the many exciting happenings going on all around you! Our house is right next door and across the street from our house is Seabreeze Park.

Two balconies and a covered patio offer ample outdoor space. Follow your private boardwalk to pristine white sand and emerald waters, then return home to enjoy a cookout on the covered patio at sunset.

Designed as a 2-story duplex with separate entrances, decks, A/C and sound proofing, the Airbnb is the 1000 sq ft 1st floor. The 2nd floor is for the owners who travel frequently and is never rented. If present they're usually invisible. EV charging available.

There is also a large deck with chairs in both shaded covered areas and open sunny areas.

Nice downstairs area to enjoy the breeze, rinse off in the outdoor shower and enjoy grilling and eating at the picnic table.
