Welcome to enjoy your holiday in Rovaniemi and be our guest. Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

You can watch sunrise while enjoying your morning coffee. Lots of space for even bigger group with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and 300 square meters. There is extra space in the basement for playing including gym equipment. Kids can use sledges and feel the snowy winter in the yard. You have everything you need like towels, bedding, sledges..

It is a charming high-quality cabin up to 4 persons (kitchen, large bathroom with sauna, fireplace). City sights and shopping are within a walking distance! Unique arctic park (with museum Arktikum) along the river is only 200 meters away. Our family lives on the other side of the garden so you can enjoy genuine Finnish lifestyle here. Your peace of Lapland! You are welcome to experience an authentic Lapland holiday! Here you will have an ecological Lapland handcrafted luxury wooden villa. The villa is located on a private peninsula. From the windows you can see an unique panoramic view of the lake. The distance to the beach is only 25 meters. You are in complete peace in the middle of nature. It takes only 55 minutes to Rovaniemi City by car on a quiet road (Santa's village) and to Ranua 40 minutes (Ranua Zoo).

Goahti (a traditional dwelling in Northern Sámi) is a 4th floor one-bedroom apartment right at the heart of the touristic centre, beside the river, restaurants, clubs, shops, hotels and safari offices. There is 1 double bed, a sofa bed, one extra bed + travel crib. A lovely Juliet Balcony with river and hill views. The bus for Santa's village & airport passes by the front door and there is a fast 100 Mbit/s wireless network.

Although the location has a countryside feeling, the city centre of Rovaniemi is only a couple of kilometers away along the ice road. Has 1 big bedroom with a working area and another room with a double bed, dining area and a kitchenette. Also has an hallway and private a toilet. Shower and sauna are situated in the basement and shared with us.

Familyfriendly and cosy place to spend the holidays. Its a real home of the mother of three and grandmother of two. There is everything you need and more. Private accommodation. Close to nature and quite neighborhood. Good condition to move by walking, bike, bus, car or taxi.
