The house includes a mezzanine bedroom, free parking & a sunny full width terrace where you can sit and watch the boats sail by and the sun set. The house is not just waterside but uniquely IN the English Channel, with boats, fish and birds as neighbours! The marina village is literally just that, with a variety of bars, restaurants, shops, bowling, cinema & a supermarket on your doorstep.
