Enjoy our updated home (built from 1906-1912) in F. L. Olmsted's historic Parkside neighborhood, a beautifully landscaped oasis of grand homes in the heart of Buffalo. Tour Frank Lloyd Wright's Martin House (just down the block!), Delaware Park and the Bflo Zoological Gardens or shop&dine all within a 2 block walk. Your private entrance suite has 2 bedrooms, a sitting area/breakfast bar, and a luxury bathroom. Location is convenient to all area attractions and full of architectural treasures!

Charming Neighborhood Retreat

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!

Quiet nice and clean apartment downtown Buffalo

Apartment is in the Columbus district, safe, fun and centrally located area of downtown Buffalo, close walking distance to restaurants, bar, theaters, canal side. Parking available, Easy access to I190 and route 33 expressways. In minutes you are out of the city. My place offers a bedroom for one guest or a couple and a sofa-bed in L R ( pls specify if needed ) TV in living room and guest's room with access to Netflix and Amazon. kitchen space includes dish washer, coffee maker, toaster etc.

Niagara Falls area home

In a great little town centrally located in Niagara County. 20 minutes to the American Falls State Park in Niagara Falls, NY, 15 minutes to Artpark and the very popular Village of Lewiston, 20 minutes to Lockport Locks and Erie Canal Cruises, and 15 minutes to the Herschell Carrousel Factory Museum in North Tonawanda. Close to Fatima Shrine, Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls, U.S.A., Fort Niagara, Canadian border for cross-border shopping City of Buffalo and Canalside, and so much more!

This lovely little strip provides great food and shopping. It's also seconds away from major bus routes should you be using public transportation. Most residences are owner occupied. We are located near many shopping areas. Major bus routes are within walking distance. Major colleges (University at Buffalo, Buffalo State College, Medaille, Canisius) are close by.
