I have a large yard & balcony spanning across the front. Only 30 minutes from the airport & downtown Atl. Located 1.5 miles from Historic Marietta square. 10 Minutes from 285, I-75 & walking distance to mountain trails. Living rooms up & downstairs which makes it great for families.
