Nettle Cabin w/ Lake Access @ Wild Woods Hideaway

Set into the forest and near the trail-head, this rustic cabin is our most secluded. It has a cathedral ceiling with a sleeping loft, indoor kitchenette, outdoor porch and picnic area with fire-pit. Includes access to a wood-fired sauna, dock, hiking trails & canoes, kayaks and SUPs. Guests provide pillows, season appropriate bedding & towels. On 15 acres of mixed forest along Mink Bay this cabin is part of an eco-resort that has the feel of a wilderness getaway yet is 15 minutes from Kenora.

Lake of the Woods Island Tree House

2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath. Downstairs bedroom has a single/double bunkbed. Upstairs bedroom is a loft with ladder to Queen bed. Lots of deck space, sauna, private dock, two screen rooms, fridge, propane oven, hydro electricity, wood stove for heat. Located in Quiet Bay, Shraggs Island on Lake of the Woods Ontario about 10 mins from town. This unique lakefront cabin has beautiful lake views and lake access. It includes a queen bed and a queen size hideabed. Close proximity to Reddens (for full services and prepared foods and grocery/liquor shopping). Also close proximity to Rushing River Provincial Park for hiking and sand beach. July can be busy with a neighbouring facility close by. Boat launch very close....Access to Lake of the Woods via boat lift on the West end of the lake (tokens for boat lift available at Reddens).

My cabin is close to Sioux Lookout yet it is quite private. A beautiful, peaceful and natural setting…you’re surrounded by the beautiful blue water of Abram Lake and 4 acres of red and white pine trees. Access to golf, fishing, beaches and the amenities of town only 25 mins away. There are games, and dvd’s on site for the rainy days and there is also a sauna. The cabin is rustic and not a 5 star hotel but this is what makes it special. The property is somewhat “rugged” (for small kids).

The owners house and one other cabin is on the property. The cabin is in a rural area, but not secluded. Overall laid back atmosphere in a little piece of paradise.
