It features a kitchenette with microwave, toaster, hot/cold Water station with Keurig, and everything needed to enjoy a meal at home. Private access with individual outside doors for every unit. This studio also features a covered concrete porch with a beautiful vine that stretches above the patio furniture (April through October). Walking distance to many restaurants/taverns and 3 blocks to the public boat launch.
